“Close to Bryce”
Nightly Rate: $12 USD
Great place to stay close to Bryce. About 14 miles away. Great views. Road was close but not bad at night. No cell service. We camped at Red Canyon Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

“Great Campground 15 miles from Bryce Canyon NP.”
Nightly Rate: $20 USD
Nice campground in the area of Bryce NP. Partial shade and gravel driveways. I got a pull-through that worked well. A warning for long rigs - the entrance to the campground goes through a "wash" that...

Tip for Other Campers:
We spent time at Bryce NP, but also went down Hwy 89 to see Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Kanab, and Belly of the Dragon and also out Hwy 12 past Cannonville to Kodachrome Basin State Park.

- Casa Rocinante Camp here when visiting Bryce and hike here as well. Beautiful Red Canyon views from many sites. Yes, theres some road noise, but it quiets down at night and never bothered us.2 years ago Red Canyon Campground

“Highway 12 is noisy, with lots of traffic. Going through the draw, some rv's will scrap the tail.”
Nightly Rate: $11 USD
Our site was very nice. We had # 34 ( pull-thru ) with our 40ft fifth wheel rv. It fit nicely and was easy to level, even connected to the truck. The dump station is very narrow, but has lots of...

Red Canyon Campground is the first USFS campground after getting on Highway 12, the scenic byway off highway 89. Its about four miles from the cutoff and may be confused with a commercial campground...

Tip for Other Campers:
Red Canyon campground is the jump-off point for everything in the area. Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Kodachrome Basin State Park and Capital Reef National Park are, for the most part, within an hour commute. One of the highlites of our visit was a hike to Lower Calf Creek Falls in Escalante. Its about a three mile...

We stayed one night at Red Canyon. It was FCFS and we arrived around 1030 am. Plenty of sites were available. We selected #28, a back in at the base of a mountain. 2 blocks needed on front tires to...
