Tip for Other Campers:
Gino's pizzaria by maurizio has excellent food and is a quick 5 minute drive from campground

- Grasshopperstacy Free ferry ride to Galveston where there is an amusement park in the sea wall and lots of interesting restaurants and beautiful beaches.2 months ago The Palapa RV Beach Resort
- Ashcraft Duo Ride the free ferry to Galveston and walk around The Strand. Eat at Tia Juanitas Fish House. There is a Big Store on the island but it is pricey.4 months ago The Palapa RV Beach Resort

Theres a safe bike trail across the busy street that leads you all the way to the beach, its about a 4 mile ride but great food and views down there
