We were there for a concert at the amphitheater and to visit family, so we didn’t go to the beach. I’m not sure if they have a designated lot at the beach, but they DO have a shuttle service to the oceanfront. I hope this helps....

Yes. KOA has a parking lot for their customers at the Oceanfront. However, it is not a monitored lot so non KOA customers will use it too....

I did not ask about a special campground parking area at the beach but there is paid on street parking and a many pay lots available to use....
