“Unusally quiet, serene considering it's in the middle of the Seattle Metro area. ”
Nightly Rate: $74 USD
This is a great RV park in a picturesque and serene setting. All sites are located around a small lake (Lake Pleasant). Staff if friendly and helpful. It's surprising to have such a nice and large RV...

Tip for Other Campers:
Sites located adjacent to the Lake in the North part of the park (back in sites) are prone to flood a bit when it rains. Not much of an issue in the summer when it stay pretty dry. Can be a real issue in the winter (rainy) months. Select a pull thru site to stay high and dry.
“Do not expect wifi. Thee Nights and never could connect.”

North of Seattle this is the nicest park. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips from campers about Lake Pleasant RV Park
- Deanna_Hince_823 There are two excellent Disc Golf Courses back to back near the North Soccer Complex. One is a long distance course and the other is a technical course. There is a restaurant through the back gate called The Hangar! Absolutely delicious food and service. They are open for lunch and dinner. We had ribs and brisket with an incredible house salad and buffalo chicken wings with cajun fries. In the morning we drove into town and ate breakfast at the Eggington. Delicious Country Fried Steak with Gravy and fried red potatoes. They also have every type of omelet and skillet you can think of. Plus huge Cinnamon Rolls and Sticky Rolls and Muffins. You won't be disappointed at either place. The prices were good too. There is an excellent paved bike and hiking path throughout the whole town called the North Platte River Trail. Such beautiful views. We didn't get a chance to visit all the Historic Downtown area and several museums. We also didn't get to Rotary Park where there is a short walk to a waterfall. If you go a little further you will be able to go to Casper Mountain just 30 minutes from the campground. We definitely could have stayed here one or two more nights. We used the old showers right behind the KOA office. They were great! There are signs saying upgrades will be coming soon. There is a whole new shower building with a code in the middle of the park. But they are really busy. So we used the ones by the office. The Laundromat is clean and nice. 4 washing machines with 2 of them being a little bigger. All for $2 a load. The dryers are $2 a load too. We loved they had a pole to hang up your clothes after they were clean. They had a nice store with most things you would need for groceries, gifts or for your camping experience. They had a great ice cream selection too.6 months ago Casper KOA Journey

Very nice grounds. Sites separated by hedges. "Lakes" a little too mossy, although caught 7 fish over 2 days. Large facility and had to drive to laundry. 1 out of 4 washers out of order and 2 out of...

Question:
Is there a wait list to get a long-term spot? If so, then how do I get on it. I’ll be in the area for 4-6 months on a travel nursing assignment and the place that I was able to get in is suspect at best....

“Very pretty park with pond and hiking path”

This park has some very nice touches; a pond that attracts ducks and geese, beautiful hanging plants, well maintained roads and bushes. The sites are close but separated by narrow hedges. The more...

Tip for Other Campers:
Safeway across the street from the park which had accessible and low-cost fuel, including diesel.
Large park so you may be parked somewhat far from some features (laundry, showers, bathrooms).
Internet connectivity was intermittent, wifi very slow most of the time.
