The Dayton Mercantile has a good selection and is eight minutes away. There are a lot of birds. We went to the Mill Creek Recreation Trail and Bennington Lake Loop at Walla Walla for bicycling.

This is a nice quiet state park just off the highway. The sites had plenty of privacy. The river runs along the edge of the park and their are walking trails along the river and through the park....
