About 8 blocks from a charming old town center with so many options. Only 6 blocks to river and beach. 2 blocks to a Les Schabb tire store. Endless malls and rv supplies within 2-3 miles. Great location. So many beautiful views and places to see in this beautiful area.

Park is older but is kept up. Only comment is the train noise but you get use to it. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Management squeezed us in after having to pivot, due to wild fires in Cascades. Laundry facility was clean and convenient. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
Mt Vernon has a nice riverwalk not far from the park as well as a cute downtown. Also close to Anacortes and Whidbey Island which we enjoyed exploring. Enjoyed lunch at the Lunch Box in Mt Vernon (great onion rings!).
