“Disappointed”

This park is old and tired. Junk is stored all around the office (old golf carts, equipment, etc). The dumpsters are overflowing. The roads in the park are dirt and the most rough I've experienced....

In general all needs a little TLC. Nice hosts. Site was adequate for our 40 ft 5th wheel. We camped at Ocean Park RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
