Good shopping just a few miles south in Shelton..Nice stop to avoid the. I 5 thru Seattle /tacoma area as long as the ferries are running. Ie port townsend to coupvillle .

Tip for Other Campers:
Did a bit of hiking in the Olympic National Forest near Lake Cushman; beautiful! Passed a bit of time at the Hardware Distilling in Hoodsport (only open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and that was fun and informative. Drove over to Bremerton and took the fast ferry to Seattle for an event.

Be sure and try out the Hardware distillery and the Potlatch Brewing in Hoodsport. Great hiking and information in the Hoodsport info center.
