Tip for Other Campers:
This area is the "Oyster capital of the US". We ate at the "River View Dining" Had grilled oysters "all the way" and they were the best I have ever had. The Western Carriage Museum was excellent, a must see. There is a small casino ( Shoalwater) about 15 miles around the bay in Tokeland.

Tip for Other Campers:
The town of Raymond has nothing to offer. A couple of Mexican places and no real restaurant of the American sort. There is an American Legion and a Elks Club. We stopped at the Elks and they signed us in as visitors. South Bend is just south of the RV Park and is actually closer. It is a much better option for food and drink.
