“Distress over electric problem!!!”

The park is well kept and clean. I want to brag on the workers!! When we got there and was setting up we couldn't get power to our camper. We thought it was maybe the electrical post was the problem....

Tips from campers about Moncove Lake State Park
- EloiseZBE We went to the Hanging Rock Raptor Observatory which is 20 minutes away. The hike to get up there is about a mile and while some of it is steep, there are sections that are more level so you can catch your breath while walking along. It is so worth it once you get up there. Climb the steps to the observation tower to get a 360 view for miles around you. We did not happen to see any raptors flying/migrating by the tower but the volunteer had seen quite a few that morning.
