Tip for Other Campers:
The lavender farm/store, farm museum, fiber school and Jacobsen Museum were all worth a look. The second ferry out to Rock island was worth while (for tent campers Rock Island would be a great choice instead of the Washington Island CG)

It's a 30 minute ferry ride to/from the island. The ferry company has different sized ferries, and they can accommodate different sized rigs, not sure how you co-ordinate that. Luckily we have a 10' tall Class B and could fit on the ferry, although they said we wouldn't have fit on the one that left just before we got there, so we lucked out on getting a...

- BobK60517 It's a 30 minute ferry ride to/from the island. The ferry company has different sized ferries, and they can accommodate different sized rigs, not sure how you co-ordinate that. Luckily we have a 10' tall Class B and could fit on the ferry, although they said we wouldn't have fit on the one that left just before we got there, so we lucked out on getting a larger ferry.
