Tip for Other Campers:
When in Gillette, be sure to visit Frontier Relics and Auto Museum. This facility is truly amazing for the amount of artifacts that are displayed. If you enjoy seeing life in the 1950's, you will love this Museum. Be sure to sign up and take the Coal Mine tour. Be sure to hit Old Chicago for Happy Hour (4-6pm). Great food and drink specials.
Tips from campers about Cam-Plex Multi Event Facilities
- Tay LA Nauset Beach was our favorite! And Chatham Pier Fish Market had the BEST lobster roll of our New England trip, AND good views from the adjacent deck area.4 years ago Atlantic Oaks Campground
- Greg_659 Close to whale watching tour.6 months ago Atlantic Oaks Campground
- Kim_400 We went to the Salt Pond NPS Visitor Centers in Eastham and Province land for information and found many places to explore in the area. They are part of the "Bark Ranger" Program. Also took a trip to Provincetown for a day trip. The Canteen on Commercial St in P-town was great to sit on the beach for lunch and was totally dog friendly. If you are looking for a breakfast place, Harrigan's right down the road from Atlantic Oaks is terrific and dog friendly under the tent. We went to The Bookstore in Wellfleet for dinner and it was great. Sit on the upper deck overlooking the water.6 months ago Atlantic Oaks Campground

Tip for Other Campers:
Don't go to The Prime Rib Restaurant & Wine Cellar. It was very expensive, the steak was full of gristle, and tough like it was from a really old cow. Our server was very good, and the atmosphere was great. Maybe go for a hamburger.Wyoming's Rib & Chop House - Gillette is very good we had hamburgers that were great, good salad and we had a large steak...

This was for the recent FMCA international event. So I cannot speak to the cost from the CAM-PLEX Event Center, just what FMCA charged. The grounds where we parked lot C, were very over grown. The...
