“Nice base camp in the heart of Star Valley”

Blend of cabins and RV sites with laundry, restrooms/showers and a mix of travelers and work campers. No on-site management, but responsive to calls. We camped at Flat Creek RV park in a Travel Traile....

Convenience store with friendly staff, grocery store, hardware store, auto parts store, Wells Fargo Bank and a quaint home decoration/antique store within walking distance. Strawberry Creek Reservoir, Periodic Springs, Diamondfly Equine Therapy Ranch, the Afton Antler Arch minutes away.

Tips from campers about Flat Creek RV park
- Jenksy Lots to do in Bethany beach, Dewey, Rehoboth beach - Even in the park there are protected areas for the baby turtles, a beach in walking distance with a restaurant and viewing areas, lots of spots where people fish.
- JHud Go visit Fort Miles in Lewis Delaware, if you are a military history buff. A good place to eat is Matt's fish camp. Excellent food and service.
- Tricefam Lots of construction at the bridge between north and south campgrounds. Watch the signs.

Tip for Other Campers:
My best tip is to relax on the table outside of your trailer in a grassy area. Drive around and see the area where you will find many things that are available you can enjoy without a great expense. If you're looking for property it's an up-and-coming area if you're looking for just getting away from the normal pace of life it's fantastic.
This was an overnight stay. I needed to be close to Jackson Hole Airport and this site worked well. I found the park to be nice. I was on site 5 which was right by the office and a level grass spot....
