“It's windy”
Nightly Rate: $55 USD
The sites are pretty close together, but since you aren't there to hang out at the RV park, it's ok. We never saw an employee, which was fine because we didn't need one. The 2 bathroom/shower rooms...

Tip for Other Campers:
Old Trail Town is awesome. It does cost to get it, but I think it was well worth it. We ate at Wy Thai - it is delicious.
“Shady and comfortable”
Nightly Rate: $35 USD
Easy to hook up, easy to level. It appeared to be all long term folks but they seemed nice. The bathrooms were very clean - they had separate ones for nightly folks. It was storming when we were there...

Tip for Other Campers:
I'm from Montana and had never heard of Braum's. If you haven't gone, you should. Great ice cream, good food and a bit of a grocery store selling all their own dairy products (cottage cheese was delicious). And their prices are very reasonable.
“Train museum nearby”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
This is a huge gravel/dirt parking lot. There were probably 20 or more long term folks in there. There was no WiFi that we were aware of and the Verizon cell service was only fair. All that said, its...

Tip for Other Campers:
If you even like trains a little, you have to check out the train museum. You get to go into an old sleeper car, a caboose and a dining car. It's less than a 10 minute walk (Parking lot is good if you want to drive). We ate at The Depot - the food was good, service was great and it was clean - it was about 5 minutes from the museum.
“Lots of trees”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
I really liked this place. The interstate is nearby and there is road noise, but it did not bother us at all. Turn on a fan for white noise and you'll be fine. The park is worth it. The hosts were...

“Easy overnight spot”
Nightly Rate: $55 USD
We pulled in just for a night. The majority of the campground is gravel and pretty thick in places - I think it was recently done. There were a lot of open spots and I wish they had put us toward the...
