Question: I'm planning a trip to LI possibly in October and I'm wondering if the water gets shut off October 9th at the campsites. The website states that the park season is April-Oct 9th. The reservation page for camping says the season ends Oct. 22nd.

I would think as long the water would be on as long as they allow camping.Try calling Information: (631)929-4314...

Need to book 9 months to the day to book a site during peak season. Also, you need to book entire week starting on a Fri, Sat, or Sun.
