Question: Looks like this park is close to the airport. Did you get much plane noise?? Also how is the WIFI??

The WiFi works great. There was no local aircraft noise that I have noticed during 2 different visits. This campground is surprisingly quiet, given that it is close to I-90....

This is a great value. A clean family run park just north of downtown Hot Springs. The back-in sites have a bit of a slope as you back in, plus the hookups are towards the rear, so bring extra water...

Tip for Other Campers:

Wind Cave NP is just a 10 minute drive north. Well worth the time. Plan on spending at least an hour there, looking at the wildlife, before you go to Crazy Horse and Mt Rushmore.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time for a review, we sure appreciate it. We are glad you enjoyed Wind Cave National Park. It is a beautiful park with lots to see even if the cave tours are suspended. Custer State Park is another park that is close to us with a lot to see as well. For future guests reference if you find yourself short on hose we do have some at the office we lend out. We do have a unique water situation that's for sure. Thanks for staying with us and safe travels!
