Ten minutes to Tupelo, where you can visit the birthplace of Elvis. Good dining downtown as well as near the mall on the north side of Tupelo. Also visit the Tupelo Automotive Museum near downtown.

Tip for Other Campers:
Not a lot of shopping or things to do in the area outside the park, so come prepared. Beautiful hiking inside the park. Do a canoe float trip on Bear Creek. Cross the swinging bridge and hike the Outcroppings Trail.
