Question: Is this place or Grand Canyon Railway RV park better?
Answer:
We’ve stayed at both and Railside RV Ranch is better. It’s quiet, the Train to the canyon comes by twice a day and everyone waves. Sites are gravel and far apart. Great WiFi, clean restrooms, good laundry. The Grand Canyon RV park is okay, asphalt pads, close together and there’s a BNSF train comes through in the middle of the night and wakes you up....
Question: Is this campground walkable to downtown?

You can do it,it’s about a 15 minute walk...
Question: Is this place open year round ?
Answer:
No they close for the winter...
Question: Can you bring in your own fire pit
Answer:
Check with Park Management before you go, I don't think so. When we were there last year no one had one that we saw on our walks....
Question:
How close is this RV park to Santa Fe? We are thinking about staying here next year and want to take a day to visit Santa Fe....
