We did make reservations at this park. I would have to find the paperwork, but it was through lastateparks.com. We were able to select the site we wanted....

Bring lots of insect repellent. .Only one small store and gas/diesel nearby. Nearest small town is 14 miles away. Dollar store and general store there.

Tip for Other Campers:
Closest town with services is Jonesboro. Chatham has one gas station and one diner but not much else. Jonesboro is about 20 minutes from the campground. There are no services at the campground for purchasing food or gas.
