Cleanliness

It was ok for being on a budget but not recommended if you have a bigger rig. It is quiet. No dog park. No wifi. It was well kept. Mostly permanent mobile homes and very few camping spots. We camped...

Tip for Other Campers:

Horseshoe Cafe is great for breakfast.

Cleanliness

The manager is very nice and the permanent residents are friendly. This park is walking distance to a roping arena where you can watch horse related sports and it's fewer than 0.8 miles to town. But...

Tip for Other Campers:

Basha's and Ace Hardware are close by. It's a short walk to town where there's a wonderful museum and charming mom n pop stores to browse. The Old Livery Mercantile features pieces created by local artisans at bargain prices. Safeway and CVS are right off Hwy 60, less than 3 miles from the RV park.

hmdarwin803 Rode the Cog Railroad (yes, there is a road but consensuses that the Railroad is the way to do it), drove through Franconia Notch and wish we had spent more time there, Drinks at the Omni Hotel, Kancamagus Highway in the fall is stunning and in North Conway they were having a craft show with local artist that we thought was special.
