Tip for Other Campers:
Central location to the North Eastern Iowa attractions. Easy drive to Dubuque and the Mississippi, Amana Colonies, Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Amish Counry, Decorah, Pikes Peak, Effigy Mounds. Fishing, canoeing, walking & biking trails, are nearby, as well as shopping. Historic hwy 20 and hwy 150 easily gets you to a multitude of activities and sight seeing.
I like this park because the price is great, it's fairly isolated, and is not too far off Interstate 35 which I travel several times a year. I also like to walk and there are 9 miles of wooded walking...
