- HJ and JB Central location to the North Eastern Iowa attractions. Easy drive to Dubuque and the Mississippi, Amana Colonies, Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Amish Counry, Decorah, Pikes Peak, Effigy Mounds. Fishing, canoeing, walking & biking trails, are nearby, as well as shopping. Historic hwy 20 and hwy 150 easily gets you to a multitude of activities and sight seeing.6 years ago Independence RV Park

“Great county park - full hookups, close to Cedar Rock State Park”

This park is a hidden gem - full hookups, level sites and easy to navigate. Utilities are between sites, so you may need long hoses or cords. We camped at Independence RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
