Tip for Other Campers:
For Civil War enthusiasts, Ft. McAllister and museum are on the property as you enter. Worth the fee to tour. Wormsloe State Historic Site is closer to Savannah and is a significant location which features the ruins of a colonial estate. A nice day trip.
