If you actually mean in Buffalo and not in Wilson. Then you have two choices in my opinion. For nostalgia, there is the original birthplace of the Buffalo Wings, "The Anchor Bar" which has several locations but the original location is actually on Main St, in downtown Buffalo. However, arguably, "Duff's Famous Wings" has become the top place for many, to get what they feel are great tasting wings. And if you need a third honorable mention, there is a place called "Bar-Bill Tavern", that have started making a name for themselves and I particularly feel is gaining on that #1 spot....
