Tip for Other Campers:
If you want quiet --- find another park. There are quiet areas in the park - but its a crap shoot finding one months in advance. South Bend is a city on the decline, and it has been for decades. The area still some attractions worth visiting. The Stuebaker Museum, Center for History, and the RV Museum and Hall of Fame to name a few. Close by the pizza place...
