“Best of the 3 campgrounds in the area”
Nightly Rate: $49 USD
Shade trees throughout the park, minimal traffic noise and convenient location add up to make this our best choice of the 3 area campgrounds. The park is big rig friendly with many 50 amp, FHU pull...

Tip for Other Campers:
You can plan your trip around a concert at the Blue Gate Performing Arts Center and bring your bikes for a scenic ride on the Pumpkinvine Nature Trail. Great Amish restaurants, creameries and bakeries are close by so, leave your diet at home! Groceries at E & S sales, almost next door (cash or check, no credit cards). Keep in mind, you are in the heart of...

Nightly Rate: $55 USD
This is a full hookup campground with numerous spots that back up to the Ohio River. At many sites, large, mature trees offer shade without rig interference. The owner/managers are great people. The...

Tip for Other Campers:
Close to Paducah and Land Between the Lakes National Park. The Livingston County Trail system offers all the hiking and mountain biking you could want. All about 20 minutes from the campground.
“Overpriced, deceptive, hostile management”
Nightly Rate: $75 USD
In our 3 years of full timing, this is hands down the absolute worst campground we have ever suffered through. That they would promote this place to large rigs is unconscionable. The turns are too...

“Great park, great story, great price, great camp store!”
Nightly Rate: $45 USD
This park is convenient to everything you would wish to do in Mount Airy and it has a fascinating history. The FHU spots are easily accessed by large and small rigs. The staff are courteous and...

“As a stopover, a bit too far off the main route, out in the country, you just might love it.”
Nightly Rate: $65 USD
Access through Greenville has narrow roads and tight turns. It can be challenging, especially if you have a large rig. You may want to discuss alternative arrival routes with the campground. This is a...

Tip for Other Campers:
I think the closest groceries are in Stuarts' Draft. There is a Loves and Pilot on Hwy 81 just north of Greenville, but the gas in Stuarts' Draft was much cheaper.
