Visit Sara the 50 year old Gopher Tortoise in the ranger station.
We stopped by to visit friends who were attending a Rally here. Peggy in the office was so helpful. I wished we could have stayed longer but will return next time we are in the area. Staff is awesome....

Take a horseback trail ride, gal that runs the saddle barn is wonderful. Swim in the lake, walk the trails. We plan to go winter camping so we can test the toboggan run.
