Short answer is No, here's an excerpt from their website"Summer season: May 1Sept. 30Guests may stay in a site for a 14-day period. Patrons may not exceed 14 days per campsite. If other campsites are available on checkout day, you may move to another site for an additional 14 days. After your one extension, you may not return to the park until the winter season."...

Answer:
I didn't see any monthly rate info, I'd suggest you call them to see if they do have a discounted monthly rate but also remember there's a $10 per day fee for your vehicle. I would assume an RV wouldn't have to pay that but I'd check before making reservations...
Question: Anyone know off-hand how far in advance we'd need to notify Lloyd Park in the event of a cancellation without incurring fees?
