Stayed in F section which is the newest area and has huge, well spaced sites that are full hookups. Great beach and bike riding areas. We camped at Southwick Beach State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

If traveling on NYS Route 3 via Watertown, Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake, Do Not go thru Lake Placid. Take the Old Military Road to River Road and bypass the congestion/construction in Lake Placid.
