Question: Which sites have campfire rings? I called the park service and they don’t have the answer!! Want to reserve a site that we can have a campfire. Looking at 41 but would choose others if known. Thanks.
Answer:
A few have campfire rings, some have grills. The CG host told us new campfire rings have been purchased, but installation hasn’t been scheduled. Campers are permitted to use a portable fire pit such as a Solo stove as long as the pit is off the ground....

Campers with longer trailers, did you have ground clearance issues on the entry road to the campground? We drove it with our car and saw 2 dip areas that look pretty deep....
