If your going to use the dump station they have a "pretty" foot high concrete cub around it that really inhibits it usefulness.

Use the north gate, call and they will come down and open it. Don't plan on picking up supplies or fuel, but the gin was cheaper. Take time to do a self guided tour of the state capital, one of the best!
