“Great location, great resort”
Nightly Rate: $80 USD
We fell in love with Grand Junction and this Resort added to our enjoyment of the area. It is well maintained, impeccably clean, and nicely laid out. We camped at Canyon View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
Definitely go to Palisades for local produce, wine, and cider. Enjoy the view of Grand Mesa on the way off of I-70. Also Colorado National Monument is a must do, even if you just drive the road through the park. Grand Junction is a cute town with shops, restaurants, and bars. We enjoyed Rockslide Brew Pub on Main Street.

We originally were assigned a 30 amp site, but they were able to provide a 50 amp site in the back that we were grateful for. They were busy as a caravan of 25 coaches was pulling in at the same time....

The restaurant was an added perk. You can walk to the Fort Nelson Heritage Museum next door and see a labor of love collection.
