We did not hear any traffic noise from the interstate during our 1 night stay. But we were not outside of the RV much....

You can see the HWY but no noise that I recall. There is a check point there so the traffic is very slow moving and far enough away to not be an issue....

Not at all, you are far enough off the highway. If anything during boating season you might hear boats on the river during the day depending on where your campsite is....
