There is a potable fill station located in the dump area. Once you have finished emptying your tanks (do not confuse the recycled water station next to the sewer area), move forward. The Potable water refill station is just prior to exiting the dump and is on your left. Bring your own hoses for washing down after dumping and a freshwater drinking hose for the refill....

They are sprinkled around the park next to the camping spots but not at every spot. I seem to remember there was one right at our spot - site 111....
