Call the park, I asked about that during my last visit and they rambled off a couple different places. Sorry I can’t be more of help....

If coming from another campground fill your tank there like we did or call picacho peak rv resort which is right down the road from the state park I’m sure they will let u fill your tank there for a fee...

Our visit was two years ago (asI recall). At that time there was one designated place.near entrance for water. If that is not available and u have not arrived w adequate water, the town of Casa Grande is 5-10 miles north on I-10. Creative solutions can be found there....

Most any gas station or convenience store will allow you to fill, if you ask. Picacho Peak RV Resort has great filtered water and might let you fill for a small fee....

The Flying J Travel Center on Sunshine Road and I-10 north of the park has potable water and a dump station at no charge. Contrary to an earlier answer, the private park down the road from the state park would not allow us to fill our fresh water tank, even if we paid....
