I read the reviews going back to 2020 and can’t find a single one that says there’s no sewer. The reviews, the hookup information, and the park website all make it clear this is a full hookup park....

Yes, they all have sewers, but the flow has to go uphill. All utilities are on a 12 inch high, concrete island between coaches. Also, the sewer connection is at the end of the space, water & electric in the middle. So bring extra stinky slinky hoses. This is a well designed parking lot, but not a well designed RV park....
