Question: Why such a disparity in pricing? Reviews show big differences in what campers paid ($0 to $125 a night). I understand that prices decrease for longer stays, but some reviewers reported paying $15 a night. What am I missing?
Answer:
It's a Thousand Trails park, so if they are a member, very low, even $-0- might be possible. If you are not a member, the pricing is a lot like the theme parks - whatever they can suck out of you....

Has anyone been able to use Disney Vacation Club points at Ft Wilderness?...
Question: Do you do rental sites for off season or long term stays?
Answer:
Since this is a COE you are limited to a 14 day stay in any 30 day period, so no long term. The park is closed from October 15 thru April 30....
Question: We are staying at Site 12 in June. Any feedback on whether the site 12 is level.
Answer:
There are few slopes in the park, but it's mostly level. Not a flat concrete slab, but reasonable....
