They do have rates for "permanent" residents. They advertise a "New Resident Special" of $3565 for the first year. JMHO but this is a nice park for a few weeks, maybe even a month or two but unless you have a specific reason to stay in Arizona City (which is where the park really is) I can't personally see residing here for a year or more permanent basis....

Yes.The Annual rate is $4,565.00 ($380.00 per month)Along with the large number of RV sites there is a good number of Park Models owned by the seasonal "Snowbirds"....

I believe you can, but I do not know the price. When we were there, we saw many RVs that appeared to be long term guest....
