Yes there is. Right at the front entrance of the hotel. I am not sure when you are going I’m assuming it’s all summer long, but not sure about winter. If you’re going during the winter, I would call the hotel to ensure it’s running....

Yes. Make sure to have a metro pass or some dollars. It is not free....
