      Like nearly all state parks I'm familiar with, there's a limit on how long one can stay, typically a couple of weeks. Some will reset the limit if you leave for a few days and then return. But, if you're asking about staying at Huntington Beach for the winter season, no, you can't do that. (By the way, Huntington Beach State Park has gotten ridiculously expensive to stay at, in my opinion.)The only state park in the south that I know allows winter season stays is Gulf State Park in Alabama that allows 4 month stays, November - March. It is VERY popular with the snowbirds!...

      Aloha: Huntington Beach allows camping 12 months a year. There Park has a 14-day limit. Check out the RV Parks Reviews website forum to read the several dozen reviews posted by campers after their stays in Dec 2023, Jan 2024, and Feb 2024....
