    We are driving to Harmony lakeside park from Vancouver wa. We will pull a 33ft travel trailer with a 1500 Ram. How hard is the route? What’s the elevation on state route 122? What’s the % downhill when driving?! Is the first time going camping with a trailer for us, soo any tips would be appreciated! Thank you....

      We have a 30ft travel trailer & 1500 dodge ram, the drive was easy, no issues. The other questions, sorry I can not answer. Tip: Just make sure the everything is locked down so nothing spills. Browse Amazon for rv items....

      The route is not too bad. Highway 12, although it's 2 lane, is a very easy road. However, there are a couple of hills that are fairly steep, the last uphill ends at the turn to go to Harmony Lake. It's a little tricky and easy to miss or be surprised by. When you turn off 12 the road is fairly narrow, although not dangerous for pulling the trailer. The Park is easy to navigate; the roads are gravel, as are the parking spots. There are a couple of lakeside spots that can be tricky. I would suggest one of the premium spots 1-4 or one of the spots near the office. Being the first time you'll want it to be as easy as possible. Make sure you have a good pressure control for the water; I think the water pressure is OK at the park, but you may, at some point, run into a park that has high pressure water and it can burst pipes. They just go on the end of your hose between the spigot and the trailer. Make sure you have good chocks and something to level the unit - it can be tricky - although...
