We were there off season with our dog and saw many other dogs as well. I do not know the official rule however....

Dogs are allowed with a five dollar fee at this time. There is a 6 foot leash requirement, although they just want them under control and inside at night. There are bears, coyotes and big cats nearby, so be mindful. Rattlesnake signs are here, but I haven't seen any yet....
