It depends. Congress has opened up the eligibility recently. If either of you has a VA disability then you might qualify. The best thing to do is contact the campground directly....

It depends on the CG you want to stay. Each base/campground has their own individual rules. They are not alike regarding RSVP. You must contact that specific campground or often times they list the reservation rules on their website....
