Keuka SP is hilly so it really depends on what site you are in. We found AT&T cell worked in some of the loops, and only specific sites. We did not test Verizon. We really love this SP for RV camping. There are many you.tube videos doing a walkthru....

Without knowing what is "adequate," looking at the information this page provides about this campground, it looks like Verizon has mixed but still good signal at the park. Looking back at my review, we were able to stream TV using Verizon so it's at least good enough for that. I do use an Insty Connect though for service....
