Question:
Mon Jun 10 2024How strict and limiting are the site size limits? Our RV is 32' 11". Is there enough wiggle room to accommodate in the 30' and under sites or are we limited to the 30 sites? We are noobs, so apologies if this is an obvious answer. Thanks in advance!...

Some sites may have wiggle room, I would view the pictures on the web site. If it says 20 ft it’s probably not a good idea , but if it say 30 or 35 then I would say it is good. You Might better know trailer height for low trees or branches, etc, They aren’t strict on the reserving side of it or checking in side for length. I think they just figure that you would know if you fit....

There are two campgrounds in the park. We stayed in the Magnolia loop (closest to the water) and in site 31 and we had plenty of room for our 30 ft travel trailer. We later drove through the Dogwood loop and there is no way we could have gotten in that loop so make sure you reserve in Magnolia loop....

Do your home work on Google Earth, check the specific site requirements. We've been several times there on our 35 ft fifth wheel, and no problem. Sometimes you can reserve sites on the outer side of a turn on a loop so the backing approach is made way easier to back up into....

I would agree with swdesertlover. I walked thru that loop and saw many larger RV's than my 24' TT. It is also closer to the dump station....
