Primitive State Park camping but beautiful campground for only $20/night. Has updated check in so no cash envelopes. Caught nice rainbow trout wading in pond and from shore off island. River too high...

Gold Daughters is great for learning how to pan for gold and buy trinkets. Discovery Paddlewheel Cruise is a must see/do. Alaska Salmon Bake is expensive but worth it. Good food! Saw clearly Aurora on 8/29/23 with pictures. Farmers Market was good as was the University of Alaska museum and Antique Auto Museum but not must sees if you are short on time. Good...

Teddy V Gold Daughters is great for learning how to pan for gold and buy trinkets. Discovery Paddlewheel Cruise is a must see/do. Alaska Salmon Bake is expensive but worth it. Good food! Saw clearly Aurora on 8/29/23 with pictures. Farmers Market was good as was the University of Alaska museum and Antique Auto Museum but not must sees if you are short on time. Good rainy day activities along w the gold panning. Used Sourdough Gas for water fills.
