You cant beat this location! Its not a luxurious park but the location makes up for it. We camped at Resurrection Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We could only get a no services site, others had FHU. We made our reservation about 2 weeks out. So as soon as you know when youll be in Seward, I would make the reservation. Gorgeous views of the bay...

Tip for Other Campers:
Lots to do besides soaking in the beautiful views from the CG. Highly suggest a day cruise - several options. We really liked Major Marine - really tried to ensure we saw as much as possible. Nice walking trail from CG to the marina and into town. Enjoyed the SeaLife center (aquarium and rehab/research). Its $35 timed entry and goes to a great cause. If...

- CTS09 The free shuttle bus picks up in front of the Rv park entry (stop 12 - blue signs) the shuttle it runs in a 30 min loop down past the harbor (stop14) then returns to go right into downtown (stop 9). Stop 6 is nearest to the National Park Visitor center.2 years ago Resurrection Campground & RV Park
- rvlife_370 Visit the library. There is a museum there worth the 5 dollar fee. They also offer local historical society movies from time to time; we watched interviews with survivors of the 1964 tsunami/ earthquake disaster. Other2 years ago Resurrection Campground & RV Park

Dont miss an Exit Glacier hike from an east loop to the harder 8 mile Harding Ice field Hike. No dog friendly though. Tosina Creek hike is also great and allows our fur babies. Fun food trucks & restaurant options. Dont miss the beautiful murals around town.8 months ago Resurrection Campground & RV Park

This is another opportunity for a city to make some money with the land they own. This is basically an old parking lot turned into a campground. There is no one on site. I had booked a couple months...

Tip for Other Campers:
You are in the heart of Seward. You can walk to restaurants and shops and there are plenty of places to eat, drink and be merry. Lots of shopping and all the tours to fjords and wild sea life start from there.

“Great location, even though a parking lot.”
Nightly Rate: $65 USD
Would stay here again, because of location. Spectacular views of mountains and water, and convenient for walking into older part of town and to cruise ship area. Noisy in the day, but quiet at night....
