Tip for Other Campers:
There is a utility yard on one side for the most part this was not an issue however one night there were trucks backing up with beepers all night long.
Paved roads, gravel/dirt sites. Well built park in need of a little tlc. Gravel sites very soft, grass area mostly weeds. No cable anymore, no ota tv, wi-fi pretty much useless, paved roads in need...

Nice walking/biking pathways around Mirror Lake in downtown Camrose.

- KENNETH_Goodpaster_309 Noccalula Falls Park is a short 10 minute drive and is well worth the experience. They have a number of hiking paths, a very small zoo, and botanical gardens.
