Lundbreck falls are certainly worth the time to stop and visit and the nearby town of Lundbreck has a small pub with excellent food and beer. Unfortunately the campground is in a narrow valley with...

Tips from campers about Lundbreck Falls Provincial Recreation Area
- Rick_Fleming_746 Great RV Park for Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. A few local restaurants, grocery available in Port St Joe. Close to beach, plenty of parking available on public beaches.2 years ago Old Salt RV Park
- Hibby Shipwrecked Raw Bar is 2-3 miles east and has a limited menu of seafood, and it's amazing. They also serve breakfast starting at 7:00 a.m. There is a Dollar General one mile east and they have most things you'll need. The Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe is about 10 miles east and they have everything food including fresh seafood, sushi (best store bought sushi I've ever had), steaks, etc...4 years ago Old Salt RV Park
- Me and the old GOAT Peppers Restaurant ( Mexican) Port St. Joe is delicious and good value. Brick Wall Restaurant was just average. We had fried shrimp and fries. Little pricey for the quality. Crazy Fish Restaurant had really good fried shrimp and super good waitress. A bonus was live entertainment.4 months ago Old Salt RV Park

A small, simple but nice campground right on the Crowsnest River. One caveat right off the bat: I would advise bigger rigs to stick to the upper loop (sites #1 to #15--although #6 to #9 are tents...

Tip for Other Campers:
The little towns of Crowsnest Pass (Frank, Blairmore, Bellevue and Coleman) are 15-30 minutes away with all the basic services as well as some nice cafés and shops. The well designed Frank Slide Interpretive Centre, about 20 minutes west of Lundbreck Falls, is worth the visit (as the Frank Slide of 1903 was the deadliest in Canadian history).
Stayed on a long weekend knowing nothing about it. Apparently, it was a first come first serve campground in 2016 and switched to reservations in 2017. So, someone was in our reserved site and they...

Tip for Other Campers:
Lots to do outside of the campsite, like Frank Slide, Blairmore or Coleman. For a rainy day your could drive 25 minutes or so to Pincher Creek.

The Park has no cell phone service. The host requires folks to leave something at the site to show that it is not abandoned. I was less than pleased to find my site taken by another camper. The...
