My wife and I have stayed here every year for the past three years. Simply stated, its our favorite place to boondock and relax. Sunrises are amazing and a great place to unwind. Page is just down the...

Tip for Other Campers:
If you havent been hear before, its a good idea to check out the road going in to ensure you dont take a wrong one and get stuck. There are people getting stuck regularly, but if you stay on the main roadway in, its not a problem.

Tips from campers about Lone Rock Beach
- Noah4448 AREA: Lots to visit. COMMUNICATIONS: WiFi is fee based and we did not us it. We used ATT hot spot which worked great. PROPANE: Hard to come by in NE Canada. I have attached an old list call ahead. One we checked mo longer provided. Garmen lists all sites many can not provide propane for internal tanks. EXERCISERS: Nature trail is runnable and has bugs.2 years ago Sussex KOA Journey
- Bob N Sue Von WI-FI is provided by separate business. About $8 CA a day. Worked oK, had some buffering while streaming. Help desk responded quickly to an outage. Great German restaurant in Knightville, 15 km NE. Open weekends, very busy- call for reservation2 years ago Sussex KOA Journey

Lone Rock Beach cant be beat! We have a 40 Class A. Easy access. We had an America the Beautiful Senior Lifetime pass so it was only $7 a night (50% off 14 a night). It was not crowded, Lake Powell...

Tip for Other Campers:
So many things to do! If you can, hike White Pocket, dogs allowed! You will need a 4 wheel drive high clearance vehicle to get to trailhead. Also Fiesta Mexicans in Page was fabulous! Dog friendly too. Of course Antelope Canyon, but there are other slot canyons in the area. We also rented a pontoon boat and cruised Lake Powell, beautiful.

Lot's of rigs in a large area to camp. Averaged 50 to 70 units. 99 percent of the folks are respectful, but there is always the entitled few that care only about themselves. When checking in if the...

This is a first come, first serve campground but lots of available space. They do not have designated sites, you just pick somewhere to park. We never did see a ranger, they have an automated self pay...

Tip for Other Campers:
The water is cold, but I enjoyed the swim. Not sure about fishing. Fewer birds then expected. Nice hiking along the lake. It was very quiet when we were here. They have scattered random small rock fire rings.
